Happy Friday everyone! I loved waking up to the sun shining through my windows! Makes me want to get up and go for a run. This is a quick Friday post to highlight my favorite running/ cardio sneakers. Of all the kicks in my closet- when it comes to cardio or running- I will only wear my Brooks. I notice a major difference in how my feet and joints feel after wearing these. I am definitely not an avid runner- but I love to hit our bike path once in awhile for a 5k. When I'm training for a competition, I actually do more incline walking on the treadmill than running. I set the speed from 3.5 to 4 and the incline between 10 and 12 and walk for 30 mins. It's just as effective as jogging, without putting so much impact on your knees and other joints. Also, walking at an inlcine is great for your back side! Have a wonderful weekend!
